One sensor. Any trigger you can describe.
EdgeVision replaces the sensor-per-problem model with a single camera-based device that reads intent instead of pixels. Write the trigger in plain language. Fuse in analog inputs where physics matter. Wire it into the terminal you already have.
How it works
Describe the trigger
State the event in plain language: “operator without hard hat”, “cap missing on bottle”, “label rotated more than 8°”. No rules, no dataset, no training loop.
Fuse the inputs
Combine imagery with PT100, 4–20 mA, pressure or flow when the trigger depends on more than sight. Physics and perception resolved in a single decision.
Signal the PLC
On match, the digital output fires. Same 24 VDC, same PNP/NPN edge your line has always received. Nothing upstream changes.
